Despite Trump's anti-Black policies and rhetoric, a significant portion of his voters are Black. Here, they have deliberately been given the visage of a raccoon. By allowing their ignorance to flourish and ignoring the damage Trump's presidency inflicts on the Black community, they become synonymous with the trash raccoons are associated with. The animal's pitiful appearance lends to its shame in that it is fat, helpless, and unable to survive on its own.
